Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. You acknowledge that by accessing or using the services of Louise Jones Art you are indicating that you understand these terms and are agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you must stop using this website.

Louise Jones art reserves the right to modify or discontinue these terms without prior notice.


All images/artwork on this site are the intellectual property of Louise Jones Art and may not be used in any other form without prior consent. You are permitted to use/display the items for personal use only. You are not permitted to publish, reproduce or distribute any of the images in any form.


Prices on this website are subject to change. This will not affect orders that have already been placed. Prices include VAT but exclude cost of delivery. Delivery will be added at checkout.


Payment for all orders are made via credit/debit card or paypal account on the checkout page. Our payment processor Paypal is responsible for validation checks with your payment provider. We are not responsible if your payment provider declines the payment. Please note you can pay with a credit/debit card through Pay Pal without opening or having a Pay Pal account. None of the customers personal information or card details are stored on this website.


It is the customers responsibility to ensure all details and aspects of the order are correct. We do not take responsibiliy for address errors etc.


Every effort is made to ensure that the images represented on screen are as accurate as possible. However, as individual screens are different then we are not responsible for the colour accuracy. We use wooden frames and there may be the occastional blemish in the frames such as knots etc. These or not considered defective.

Processing times

I send out items as quickly as possible after payment has been received and aim to send out within 3-5 business days. That does not include postage time. If an item is out of stock contact will be made to advise of when they will be available again. If an item is no longer available then a replacement or refund will be offered.


Items will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier and may take between 3 – 5 additional days once with the postal company. Public holidays also may take a bit longer. Please remember this is only an approximation, as with anything in life occasionally things do occur to prolong the time a bit but they may also arrive earlier than stated here. We are not responsible for third party delivery companies or acts of God. On delivery of your item you may be asked for a signature to ensure that you have received your product.

Items will be sent to the address that you list with the payment provider, unless otherwise stated.  Items are currently only available in the UK. International options may be added at a later date.

Cancellations, Returns and Damages

Louise Jones Art reserves the right to cancel any order. When this occurs the customer will be contacted. As the customer you may cancel an order at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy (see refunds).

You must also return the Products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

I want you to be happy with your product. If you are unhappy or there are any problems with the item/s you receive, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I will happily exchange it or refund the purchase price on return of the item, minus the shipping cost. Once packages have been sent, postage fees become non-refundable.

The item must be returned within 21 days in a re-saleable condition and packaged securely. Once the item has been received back safely, an exchange or a full refund minus the original postage will be given. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs and also for the return of the parcel safely. It is adviseable to send via recorded delivery. We do not take any responsibility for lost of damaged parcels that are being returned.

If you change your mind before the order has been shipped please let me know and I will cancel your order and refund the full amount. Once the item has been shipped it I will be unable to refund until the product has been returned safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours in order to resolve the situation.
