I currently work from home which is not open to the public. I do attend pop up shops/events throughout the year which I usually post on my social media pages.

Yes, if you are unhappy with your item you are able to return it. You must contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item with the reason you are returning it and I will confirm the return. The item must be returned within 21 days in a re-saleable condition and packaged securely. Once the item has been received back you will either be offered an exchange if you would like so or a full refund minus the original postage will be given.   The customer is responsible for the return postage costs and also for the return of the parcel safely. We do not take any responsibility for lost of damaged parcels.

I do my upmost best to package all of my orders carefully to ensure they arrive safely. However sometimes things do arrive damaged and if this is the case please contact me within 48 hours explaining the damage and we will arrange a suitable solution for you.

All products are shipped within 3-5 days.  Orders below the value of £10 are sent via royal mail 1st class.  Orders over £10 are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24/48 or via courier.

My prints are printed professionally on heavy fine art acid free paper using archival inks. The mounts are white core acid free mounts.

I try to use recycled and recyclable materials as much as possible.

I use cardboard boxes, recycled materials and paper filler as much as possible. I use recyclable paper tape and stickers instead of cellotape . Sadly I have to continue to use plastic cellophane sleeves for the unframed prints as I have yet to find an alternative that can protect the prints from scratches, and also bubble wrap for the framed prints, though I try to use as little as possible.
